The newly established corporate venture builder of the company transitioned from an individual stand-alone brand to the Bosch corporate brand. In summer 2025, a refined brand positioning and design have been rolled out.
For upcoming consistent brand execution across digital and physical touchpoints, we require design capacity to efficiently expand given brand design concepts into operational, scalable, vector-based assets for both global employees as well as the corporate venture builder’s brand marketing department itself. The development and roll-out of the assets shall be realized within a compact project sprint.
We are looking for a Visual/Brand/Graphic Designer having the skills:
-Proven track record in corporate brand design (experience with venture builders or innovation ecosystems a big plus)
-Fast and efficient execution in tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, Miro, Figma
-Ability to translate brand guidelines into ready-to-use templates and sharables
-Strong sense for modern corporate design with startup-friendly touch
-Reliable, structured way of working, quick turnarounds
-Familiar with Bosch brand design and brand guide
-Experience in motion design (short video snippets, GIFs, animations)
-Knowledge of UX/UI design systems (for digital product extensions)
-Familiarity with venture builder/VC/accelerator brand & communication styles
Main task/activity:
-Translate pre-defined brand identity and first key visuals into a coherent set of operational design assets, ready for use across internal and external channels within a focused sprint.
-Current design assets and key visuals are available in Photoshop PSD-files. These assets must be transformed into vector-based, scalable assets & files (.AI, .EPS).
-Final design assets and key visuals shall be made available in open format (delivery of editable formats such as .AI / .EPS / .PPTX or similar)
Other tasks and activities:
-Review existing brand foundations and guidelines
-Create priority 1 assets: Key-artworks / foundation
o Vectorize all defined topography visuals from Photoshop into vector-based format in Illustrator. (standard layout 16:9 / single assets of graphic components)
o (Target group specific visual creation acc. Persona overview & color code.) (1 Feedback Loop)
-Create priority 2 assets (Layouts & Formats):
o 16:9 MS PowerPoint master template (for internal + external decks)
o 1:1 and 4:5 sharable templates (LinkedIn/social media visuals)
o DIN A0 vertical poster/flyer layout (e.g. for events)
o Email/banner graphics
o Merch (Shirts / Hoodies / Lanyards)
o MS Teams channel banner header editable in pptx/canva/similar
-Create priority 3 assets:
o Miro workshop templates (structured, branded boards)
o Word Docs templates
o Infographic style templates for reports/updates
-Ensure all assets are consistent, easy to use, and adaptable by non-designers.
-Deliver files in editable formats and maintain a brand asset repository.
