About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Expert (m/f/d) with strong process expertise in dairy operations and a deep understanding of push production. In this role, you will provide both conceptual and operational support, guiding the business and ensuring best practices are applied. The assignment is planned for approximately 1.5 years, with an expected workload of 2–3 days per week +- 250 MD. Responsibilities: Design and implement a global Dairy Planning solution based on SAP IBP, PP/DS, S&OP, and OBP. Support the introduction and further development of the SAP Dairy Industry Solution (MSG, BTP). Engage and advise business stakeholders, bridging the gap between process and system. Develop contingency plans (Plan B) in case the go-live needs to be postponed. Ensure that dairy industry process know-how (milk collection, quality checks, settlement with farmers) is embedded into the IT solution. Oversee and enhance standard functionalities in close alignment with all stakeholders. Your Profile: Several years of experience in dairy operations or comparable production environments. Deep understanding of push production and its operational as well as strategic challenges. Strong knowledge of SAP IBP (Demand, S&OP, OBP, PP/DS). Practical expertise in dairy-specific processes, e.g. milk collection, quality control (fat & protein levels, bacteria, temperature), and farmer settlement processes. Ability to oversee complex global processes and translate them into practical solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support business stakeholders. Start ASAP.
