Senior – Dairy Planning & SAP IBP (m/w/d)

Location: Remote/Bayern
Start: 25.08.2025
Workload: Part-Time 1.896,00 Hours/ 2-3 Days 
Duration: 1.5 years (until early 2027)
Languages: English or German

Requirements:
- Design and oversee the implementation of a global Dairy Planning solution using:
- SAP IBP (Demand, S&OP, OBP)
- SAP PP/DS (Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling)
- Actively support the evolution and integration of the SAP Dairy Industry Solution (e.g., MSG, SAP BTP components)
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure process requirements are accurately captured and implemented
- Develop and maintain contingency plans ("Plan B") to ensure business continuity in case of project go-live delays
- Ensure end-to-end integration of dairy-specific processes, including:• Milk collection and delivery • Quality control (e.g., fat/protein levels, bacterial count, temperature) • Farmer settlement and payment processes • Identify and align on standard functionality enhancements, ensuring consistency with industry best practices • Serve as an advisor and process owner for push production models, ensuring operational alignment with IT solutions

Tasks?
- Several years of experience in dairy operations, production planning, or similar food industry environments
- Proven expertise in push production processes and related planning challenges
- SAP IBP (Demand Planning, S&OP, Order-Based Planning)
- SAP PP/DS (on S/4HANA or integrated landscape)
- Demonstrated ability to oversee and design complex global planning processes
