Python/Perl Developer (OTRS experience) - Remote - Start: ASAP

About the Project
Our client, a global provider of financial technology, is implementing and adapting OTRS – a leading open-source ticketing and service management tool. OTRS functions almost like a CRM and can be customized to meet both internal and client-specific needs. To support this, we are looking for an experienced Python/Perl Developer with strong OTRS expertise to join the team.

Your Role
• Implement, customize, and further develop solutions around OTRS to fit business and client requirements.
• Extend OTRS functionality using Python and Perl.
• Manage and optimize databases (MySQL and/or Oracle SQL).
• Ensure smooth operation within Linux environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into effective OTRS configurations.

Your Profile (Must-Haves):
• Proven experience with OTRS (implementation/customization).
• Strong knowledge of Perl and Python (scripting & development).
• Experience with MySQL.
• Familiarity with Linux environments.
• Process-oriented thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with Oracle SQL / database development.
