Technical Skills
• Deep knowledge of OpenStack core services (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone) and deployment automation.
• Expertise in Kubernetes Operators & custom controllers (Kubebuilder, Operator SDK), including CRD design and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with Helm charts (sapcc/helm-charts, OpenStack-Helm) and Kubernetes manifests.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes API design and best practices for configuration, scaling, and upgrades.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure automation & DevOps pipelines for reliable service delivery.
Soft Skills
• Strong self-management and ability to work independently in complex environments.
• High learning agility and adaptability to evolving open-source toolchains.
