External expertise for project planning and consulting services for hard- and software development projects is requested.

We are seeking a Project coordinator for hard- and software development projects having the skills:
-Expertise in computer engineering, electronic engineering or mechatronics
-Expertise in modern project management methods.
-Experience in coordinating system architecture projects as well as in planning and prioritizing project tasks.
-Proven experience in collaborating and coordinating with project managers in hardware and software development projects.
-Excellent communication skills for moderation and presentation.
-Knowledge in using JIRA as a project manager.
-Knowledge in Polarion beneficial.
-Various project management certifications are a plus.
-Knowledge in requirement engineering for embedded systems projects.

Main task/activity:

-Project planning and execution consulting for development projects.

Other tasks and activities:

-Planning and prioritization of projects within the system architecture in communication with the project leaders.
-Consulting the hardware and software development project managers to clearly define and ensure project requirements and priorities.
-Defining and updating project plans and milestones.
-Facilitation of meetings to align project priorities to promote a common understanding and close collaboration.
-Analysis of risks and opportunities related to prioritization and their impact on the system architecture.
-Preparation of reports on project progress and priorities for management.
