As part of a demanding project in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for an experienced Scheduler / Cost Controller (m/f/d) who will support and guide complex investment projects with structure and foresight.

Your Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and monitor project schedules using MS Project
- Support the project team in adhering to time and budget constraints
- Conduct cost analyses and budget controls
- Identify deviations and communicate proactively with project management and stakeholders
- Prepare reports and presentations for management
- Contribute to the optimization of planning and controlling processes

Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in scheduling and cost controlling for large-scale projects in the double-digit million range
- Background in investment, plant engineering, or construction projects
- Proficient in MS Project; knowledge of Primavera is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work
- Enjoyment of work, high level of social competence, and a down-to-earth attitude
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Fluent English skills (spoken and written) required; German skills are an advantage but not mandatory
