- Oracle Fusion Compensation Module
- Payroll module
- Experience in a Lead Role

Your Tasks
- Actively lead as a technical expert to identify and implement solutions to Oracle Fusion Compensation and Payroll module.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure successful delivery of solutions to the customer.
- Conduct reviews of customer business requirements, use cases, architecture, and other components within the customer environment to identify issues, and make recommendations to meet the customer need.
- Develop and implement best practices for software and system architecture.
- Collaborate with various business units on projects to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
- Create configuration workbook, job aids or other configuration documentation.
- Act as a mentor to other developers to help improve technical and professional skills.
- Provide support during implementation, user acceptance testing and other additional activities.
- Escalate to Oracle support any solution defects or bugs.
