Data Center Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Skills
- Several years of hands-on experience in data center operations, SAP Specific Data Center Experience is nice to have
- Strong technical knowledge of computer, network, and storage hardware
- Advanced understanding of data center equipment and infrastructure
- Proven expertise in hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with coordinating IMAC-D processes
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks while working independently
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team environment
- High adaptability to dynamic and changing requirements

Your Tasks
- Interface and coordinate with external service providers and vendors for all data center operations
- Take ownership of IMAC-D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) services and processes
- Handle goods receipt and manage the logistics of incoming hardware and equipment
- Monitor and manage data center capacity to ensure optimal performance and scalability
- Support scheduled and unscheduled hardware maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate data center inventory and asset management records
- Ensure high data quality standards and generate operational reports
