We are urgently looking for #Sofico Miles Developer

Locations: #Germany#Europe

Job Description:


Role and Responsibilities:

•Technical management of the Sofico Miles Enterprise application

•Architecture consulting in the interface environment

•Test assistance (LuP logs, TrueClient scripting support, Dynatrace monitoring, business event identification, etc.)

•Deployment of configuration files

•Error processing, log provision, restart, and cache assistance (accesses and activities in the operative admin area)

•Setup and adaptation of stages (TKGI know-how, general infrastructure knowledge, Miles Containerised Software, Miles API, and Dynatrace)

•Deployment/customisation of deployment scripts (Bitbucket, CyberArk, Ansible Tower)

•Availability management (backup by restart and basic processes)

•Request processing (Jira, Confluence, ITSM)

•Knowledge transfer to AMS (incident and problem solutions, known issues)

•Documentation and operating manual





Required Skills and Experience:

•At least 3 years' experience in Miles development

•Experience in providing technical support for applications, ideally in the leasing sector

•Knowledge of cloud management tools and IT infrastructure

•Experience in applying project management methods (with a focus on agile, e.g., Scrum)

•Ability to work independently and autonomously

•Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of German optional)
