Tasks:

• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to optimize business processes (Cloud Flows, system integrations)
• Build business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to digitize operational workflows
• Collaborate closely with business analysts to gather requirements and continuously improve solutions
• Test applications, prepare for production rollout, and provide ongoing support (ALM processes)
• Ensure data security and compliance through role-based access control (RBAC), encryption, and adherence to corporate DLP policies
• Optimize performance through delegated queries in Power Apps and efficient flow design (parallelization, error handling)
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions with modular architecture, documentation, version control, and agile methodologies


Requirements:

• Hands-on experience developing with Power Automate and Power Apps
• Deep expertise in Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power Apps
• Proven track record of delivering performant and stable solutions
• Experience working in enterprise IT environments, adhering to development standards, documentation protocols, and security requirements
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, data modeling, and integration of external data sources (e.g., SQL, SharePoint, REST APIs)
• Programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and C# for custom components and connectors
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and ALM lifecycle within Power Platform (Solutions, Git, CI/CD pipelines)
• Fluent in English
