- SAP TM (Transportation Management) – Advanced Proficiency, insbesondere für Carrier/3PL
- Build Management – Intermediate
- Configuration & Release Management – Intermediate
- Design & Build Enablement – Intermediate
- Application Design, Build und Configuration
- Application Testing & Validation
- Integration von Anwendungen (mit Cross-Functional Teams)
- User Experience / UX-orientierte Entwicklung

Your Tasks
- As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
- You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions
- Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams
- Advanced proficiency in SAP TM for Carrier/3PL is required
- Intermediate proficiency in Build Management is recommended
- Furthermore, intermediate proficiency in Configuration & Release Management and Design & Build Enablement is suggested
- Develop innovative application solutions that enhance user experience and meet business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure quality and performance
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative learning environment
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application development processes
