Language: English (German is a plus)


Key Responsibilities:

* Design, build, and configure SAP TM solutions to support Carrier and 3PL business processes.
* Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in SAP TM for Carrier/3PL implementations.
* Lead and manage the development lifecycle, including Build Management and Configuration & Release Management.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and developers to align solutions with business needs.
* Provide mentorship to junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
* Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing, validation, and documentation of application solutions.
* Drive solution design decisions and contribute to strategic planning across multiple teams.
* Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
