JOB & PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A mid-sized international company is seeking to implement a cloud-based financial management system using Odoo to improve visibility and control over cash flow across its multiple locations. Each branch currently operates using localized tools, creating fragmented financial oversight. The goal is to unify financial processes and establish a centralized platform that enables real-time monitoring, multi-branch accounting, and scalable reporting.

The project covers the full lifecycle—from analysis and system design to implementation, training, and ongoing support. The solution will leverage Odoo Books and Finance Suite, supporting around 250 users across departments and regions.

What you'll do:
- Lead the requirements gathering process with stakeholders across different business units
- Analyze existing financial workflows and identify integration needs
- Design scalable solutions using Odoo Finance & Books tailored to multi-location operations
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team
- Coordinate live demonstrations of proposed Odoo functionalities
- Define onboarding, training, and documentation strategies for end users
- Ensure continuous alignment between business goals and technical implementation
- Provide post-launch consulting and improvement recommendations

Who we're looking for:
- Extensive experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant, particularly with Finance modules
- Strong understanding of accounting workflows and multi-branch financial structures
- Ability to conduct workshops, document requirements, and create solution concepts
- Skilled in stakeholder communication and user training
- Familiarity with Odoo configuration and process mapping
- Proactive, analytical mindset with excellent English communication skills
- Experience supporting large-scale implementations (200+ users) is a plus
