We are looking for SAP HCM Application Consultants (m/f/d) for our client.

Duration: 1.9.25 - 31.8.2026
Workload: Full / 1.760h
Location: Remote, occasional travel within EU possible

For this request, we are looking for five resources for five different target countries of the customer.
The technical environment is identical, only the language skills differ. The assignment is remote.

Please indicate your preferred role in your application:
1. Slovakia (English and Slovak must have)
2. Czech Republic (English and Czech must have)
3. Hungary (English and Hungarian must have)
4. France (English and French must have)
5. Mexico (English and Spanish must have)

Responsibilities:
* Local requirements and demand management
* AMS provider management
* Audit management and authorizations (local)
* Deployment of global and regional projects
* Resolving complex issues
* Quality assurance with a holistic landscape perspective
* Ensuring compliance with Hire-to-Retire (HtR) processes
* Knowledge transfer (receiving & providing)
* Local process and solution engineering
* Service ownership, including local IT solutions
* Local provider management

Skills:
* Strong experience in SAP HCM requirements and demand management
* Proven ability to manage AMS providers and external vendors in an SAP context
* Expertise in audit management and SAP HCM authorizations
* Advanced problem-solving skills for complex SAP HCM issues
* Experience with global/regional project deployment and quality assurance
* Excellent communication skills for effective knowledge transfer and collaboration within SAP teams
