We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to support a mid- to large-scale process optimization project for a financial services organization. The role involves analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and driving structured improvements using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define, document, and implement more efficient, measurable processes across several business units.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document existing business processes using standard frameworks and tools
Identify improvement areas and lead re-engineering efforts
Facilitate workshops and engage cross-functional teams
Develop process metrics and performance dashboards
Perform root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities
Prepare clear documentation and deliver stakeholder presentations
Optional: Provide training to internal teams on improved processes
Ideal Candidate Profile
5–7+ years of experience in business process analysis and/or improvement
Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, etc.)
Background in or familiarity with financial services, banking, or fintech
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or other BPM software
Comfortable working independently and managing stakeholders remotely
Knowledge of project management and SDLC frameworks is a plus
English fluency required; German is an advantage, but not mandatory.
