Modernization Technical Learning Lead
The Modernization Program Technical Learning Lead champions a sustainable professional growth, ensuring digital skills are established in the sites to support and contribute to the deployment of the modernization Use-cases and technologies, and to TGO's business objectives:
• Support the development of effective digital skills enhancement programs according to a defined skills matrix.
• Support and lead the implementation of effective and efficient learning methods and knowledge transfer that best fits the target audiences’ needs
• On-going needs assessment of current gaps and future needs in alignment with Modernization Program Organizational Change Management Lead (OCM).
The Modernization Learning Lead is required to work with Modernization SMEs to conduct in-depth learning needs and role analysis to fully understand the learning gaps, and each role’s requirements and needs according to the deployment of each Use-case.
This understanding will lead to the development of focused learning solutions that will bring effective learning solutions to overcome identified skills gaps.
Creating a comprehensive learning solution, will ensure that the Modernization program will go beyond ad-hoc training solutions, and towards value generation through proactive training management so a baseline will be set for required skills per each digital solution.
The learning solution will serve as a long term program, providing a roadmap to support business strategy – monitor employee’s progress, improve training effectiveness, operational performance, and innovation.
The Modernization Learning Lead role will include the following:
1. Lead an on-going discussion on Modernization Training Program to proactively manage knowledge needs to support the business needs.
2. Create and Maintain, with the support of SMEs, a learning matrix to support digital skills gaps according to the required use-cases.
3. Evauate and Create a broader global value and long term advantages.
4. Utilize existing training solutions in long-term training plans.
5. Prioritize learning to be developed according to identified gaps and business needs.
6. Support the training development process, while ensuring that the training is developed with high quality.
7. Ensure and support training implementation by the sites while aligning with existing OCM methods.
8. Develop training effectiveness measurements and ensure to evaluate training effectiveness.
9. Monitoring and improve global and local training execution.
