PROJECT SUMMARY
Our client is one of the fastest-growing health & nutrition companies in Europe. As they scale their operations, they are launching a new initiative to implement Centric PLM to optimize product development workflows and streamline collaboration across teams.

To support this program, we’re building a dedicated freelance team and are looking for:

*Freelance PLM Consultant (m/f/d) – Centric PLM
*Freelance PLM Developer (m/f/d) – Centric PLM

JOB DESCRIPTION
The client is one of the fastest-growing health & nutrition companies in Europe. As they scale their operations, they are launching a new initiative to implement Centric PLM to optimize product development workflows and streamline collaboration across teams.

To support this implementation, we are looking for an experienced freelance PLM Consultant with hands-on experience in Centric PLM and a strong understanding of product development processes.

Duration: 6–12 months (extension possible)
Location: Remote
Languages: English, German preferred

Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing business processes and gather PLM requirements
- Advise on the strategic and functional implementation of Centric PLM
- Conduct workshops and process mapping with internal stakeholders
- Define system configurations and data structures
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Coordinate between IT, business, and development teams
- Support testing, training, and change management
- Assist with user onboarding and post-go-live support

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PLM Consultant (Centric PLM strongly preferred)
- Solid knowledge of product lifecycle processes (ideally in CPG, nutrition, or fashion)
- Strong skills in requirement engineering, business process analysis, and documentation
- Experience with system implementation and process optimization
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Familiarity with agile project methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Fluent in German and English
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
