For an exciting project, we are looking for an experienced Tanzu expert to support the setup, configuration, and operation of a container-based platform based on VMware Tanzu. The goal is to provide a stable, secure, and scalable Kubernetes environment for the development and productive operation of modern microservices applications.

Tasks:
- Planning and implementation of a Tanzu-based Kubernetes platform (Tanzu Kubernetes Grid, Tanzu Mission Control, etc.)
- Setting up CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications (e.g., with GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
- Integrating logging, monitoring, and security components (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Fluent Bit, Harbor, OPA)
- Advising on architecture and operational issues related to Tanzu, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies
- Documentation, knowledge transfer, and support during handover to internal teams

Requirements:
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
- Strong knowledge of VMware Tanzu (Tanzu Kubernetes Grid, Tanzu Mission Control, Tanzu Application Platform)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Helm, YAML)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Harbor, Vault, etc.
- Ideally, experience with multi-cloud/hybrid cloud environments (vSphere, AWS, Azure)
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and structured approach to work
