Our client is currently seeking certified Workday professionals (m/f/d) to support the following modules:


* HR Core

* Absence

* Expense

* Time Tracking


Description of Service

* Provision of 2nd- and3rd-Level support

* Customer consulting

* Customer consulting for optimization

* Troubleshooting of issue tickets

* Problem analysis and corrections in alignment with customer and experts

* Implementation of service requests

* Implementation of change requests in alignment with customer and experts

* Independent take over from tickets from the ticket system

* Support with half-year releases from Workday HCM the rework

* Participation in meetings with the customer as technical Workday-expert

* Start: asap

* End: 31.12.2025

* Remote
