For our client in the sports fashion industry, we are currently filling the following position on a freelance basis


Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)


Facts


• Start: immediatly
• Workload: 3 days a week
• Duration: End of the year (option of extension)
• Location: 100 % remote


Your Job Description


• Conduct regular virtual onboarding and training sessions (approx. 3–4 per week) for local business units and merchandising teams
• Prepare user-focused training materials, newsletters, and feature announcements (PowerPoint, SharePoint posts, videos, GIFs, emails)
• Collect, document, and report feedback from users to improve platform usability and adoption
• Organize and facilitate user test sessions and acceptance testing (UAT), and document results using tools like Jira and Excel
• Act as the main point of contact for user support and guidance during the onboarding and rollout process


Your qualification profile


• Proven experience in digital platform roll-outs, change communication, or user enablement projects
• Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration tools such as Jira or Smartsheet
• Ability to independently create engaging communication and training materials
• Confident communication skills in English, especially in virtual presentations and user sessions
• Structured, reliable, and comfortable working with cross-functional and international stakeholders
