We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Consultant to support a time-sensitive integration project involving SAP SuccessFactors and a third-party payroll system.

Project Scope:
Integrate SAP SuccessFactors with a third-party payroll provider using the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

Collaborate with internal IT and HR teams to define integration requirements and validate data flows
Support end-to-end testing and provide hands-on input during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Advise and coordinate with internal integration resources as needed

Required Experience:

Strong hands-on expertise with SAP BTP
Demonstrated experience integrating SuccessFactors with third-party payroll systems
Solid communication skills in English (German is a plus, not required)
Comfortable working remotely with some overlap in EU and US time zones

Project Details:

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 2–3 months
Workload: Full-time ideal, 60% capacity possible
Location: 100% remote
Daily Rate: €400–500/day (depending on experience)

Ideal Profile:

Minimum several years of relevant SAP project experience
Previous involvement in multiple SuccessFactors integration projects
Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams
