Tasks:
• Identify and implement a common solution supporting the EU e-Invoice requirements for the EU Solar Trade Entities
• EU - Target - standardize invoicing across member states
• Key points: E-Invoices are equivalent to paper invoices / Public administration must accept them / Getting mandatory for domestic transactions / Local countries legislation must implement the EU demands
• Worldwide acting enterprise doing wholesale for PV modules, Inverters, Batteries, Mounting etc. > 20 subsidiaries.
• European subsidiaries in DE, ES, FR, PL, IT, LU (BE, NL, LU), CZ, AT, LV, GR must implement e-Invoice requirements
• 3 Different ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite, asseco AP Plus, MS Dynamics) and several accounting systems (to be analysed) are in place
• Some of the subsidiaries already have a solution in place or are building one
• Belgium is the 1st one to be implemented - Target 1.1.2026

Requirements:
• Analysis of the current situation in all branches (already started)
• Development of a solution architecture
• Identify a common solution that implements the solution architecture - preferably the one selected by our parent company
• Define the target application landscape
• Define a roadmap for all
