General:
• Service Continuity: Training of backup consultants through established Knowledge Management processes;
• Communication with Stakeholders
SAP Scrum agile Project Management Consulting:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (including Sprint Planning, Retrospective and Sprint Demos);
• Team building & supporting teams to become more efficient by achieving Sprint Goals / delivery;
• Ensure high-level onboarding of project-members (established workflows, documentation, testing / deployment strategies, refinement process);
• Time-efficient moderation & conflict management;
• Ensure cross-team coordination.
