SuccessFactors (Time Off) Business Analyst - Start ASAP - 6 months - 100% Remote

For our international client, we are currently looking for a SuccessFactors (Time Off) Business Analyst with experience in Time-Off module.
Your main task is to support the client in the implementation and standardization of the SuccessFactors Time Off module across multiple countries within a global framework.
The aim is to automize the time-off process.

Tasks:
* Support client in proof of concept for SuccessFactors Time Off standardization project
* Act as interface between the business and IT teams
* Gather business requirements
* Write functional and technical specification
* Optimize and automatise SuccessFactors time-off process
* Collaborate with implementation teams to design and validate system configurations, including leave types, accrual calculations, eligibility criteria, and approval workflows
* Ensure alignment of configurations with applicable labour laws and regulatory frameworks at local, regional and global levels
* Testing, Trouble shooting and Change management
* Documentation maintenance (including requirements, test cases, user guides)
* Provide advice on onboarding further countries after the PoC phase
* Preparing and conducting trainings and workshops
* Collaboration with stakeholders

Requirements:
* Experienced BA or process consultant
* Strong expertise in "time off" module
* Project experience across time off areas such as leave types, accrual calculations, eligibility criteria, and approval workflows
* Project experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Module - preferably but not must
* Experience across alternative time off modules considered (eg Workday)
* Knowledge in different labour laws and regional/global frameworks
* No customizing or configuration experience in SF needed
* Implementation projects in time off module
* Experience in conducting trainings and workshops
* Strong communication skills
* English fluent

Project details:

* Start: ASAP (June/July)
* Duration: 6 months
* Workload: 5 days/week (CET timezone)
* Location: 100% Remote, some on site presence for testing in Europe may be required
* Languages: Fluency in English
