For a client project, we are looking for a/-n SAP HCM PY Consultant (m/f/d)
- US Payroll for a 7-month assignment starting ASAP.

Tasks
• SAP HCM consulting and configuration/customizing of SAP US Payroll.
• Configure SAP payroll schemas, rules, and wage types specific to US payroll requirements.
• Support and maintain tax updates through SAP HRSPs (HR Support Packages) and BSI TaxFactory.
• Design and configure payroll processes including:
o Off-cycle payroll
o Garnishments
o Taxes
o Benefit deductions
o Retroactive payroll runs
o Year-end processing
• Perform SAP testing, documentation, and go-live support.

Required Skills
• In-depth knowledge of US federal and state tax regulations.
• Extensive hands-on project experience with SAP Payroll (PY-US).
• Strong expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and off-cycle payroll processes.
• Experience with the integration of SAP Time Management (PT) and Personnel Administration (PA).

Start Date: June 16, 2025
Duration: 6 months
Utilization: 4-5 days per week
Project Language: English
Location: Madrid and remote
