Project Description
The project aims to implement and standardize the SuccessFactors Time Off module across multiple countries within a global framework. The objective is to optimize and automate time-off processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable scalability through the establishment of a global standard. The project will begin with a proof of concept and expand based on configuration proximity and readiness of target countries.

Task Description
The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:

*Serve as the primary liaison between Business units (e.g., HR, Payroll) and IT to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for the SuccessFactors Time Off module.
*Conduct workshops and interviews with country stakeholders to understand and document local time-off policies, accrual rules, compliance needs, and reporting requirements.
*Analyze current time-off processes and identify opportunities for streamlining and automation within the SuccessFactors system.
*Act as the first point of contact to define, align, and coordinate requirements with various countries, ensuring consistency with global goals.
*Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications aligned with the technical capabilities of SuccessFactors.
*Collaborate with implementation teams to design and validate system configurations, including leave types, accrual calculations, eligibility criteria, and approval workflows.
*Ensure alignment of configurations with applicable labor laws and regulatory frameworks at local, regional, and global levels.
*Facilitate regular stakeholder updates, risk discussions, and milestone tracking throughout the implementation.
*Manage stakeholder expectations by articulating system limitations and achievable outcomes.
*Develop comprehensive test scenarios from requirements and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) workflows with a focus on end-to-end validation.
*Identify, track, and resolve system issues discovered during testing phases.
*Lead training initiatives by preparing instructional materials and conducting training sessions for HR users and other stakeholders.
*Guide the transition from legacy systems to the SuccessFactors Time Off module through effective change management activities.
*Address user questions and issues post go-live to ensure successful adoption.
*Maintain thorough documentation including business requirements, test cases, configuration decisions, and user guides.
*Define and help enable reporting capabilities by identifying metrics and contributing to the setup of custom time-off reports.
*Following the PoC phase, assess and recommend which countries to onboard next, based on proximity to existing configurations and readiness.
*Contribute to the long-term vision of establishing a common global time-off standard.

The performance of the contractor has the goal of successfully enabling a scalable, compliant, and well-documented global implementation of the SuccessFactors Time Off module, while also fostering local-country alignment through structured rollout planning.

The company provides all necessary information, contacts, documentation, and access to relevant systems to enable the execution of the tasks outlined.
