Consultant for systematic trading structures (m/f/d)

Your Skills
- Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing the current trading architecture to identify areas for improvement
- Propose solutions to modernize and optimize the technology stack -Design systems with long-term scalability and robustness in mind
- Ensure trading architecture aligns with clients overall business objectives and is future-proof
- Required Skills and Experience:
- Subject Matter Expert in architecture, covering both technical and functional domains
- Extensive experience in Risk, Data, Automated and Algorithmic Trading, Machine Learning (ML), and digitization
- Proven track record of implementing algorithmic trading capabilities within Commodity Trading Organizations, Investment Banks, or similar environments
- Deep knowledge of the subject matter and data management
- Expertise in programmatic, algorithmic, and systematic trading strategies
- Strong understanding of technologies required to optimize algorithmic trading
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and facilitate discussions at senior levels
- Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating and influencing senior stakeholders

Your Tasks
- Review clients current systematic trading structures to identify strengths and improvement areas
- Provide expert advice on maximizing opportunities through algorithmic trading strategies and techniques
- Enable and optimize automated trading to capitalize on market opportunities
- Leverage proven track record and relevant experience across multiple algorithmic trading strategies, such as:
- Responding to market inefficiencies
- Managing trading risks
- Improving trade execution
- Develop and document detailed requirements to inform and guide improvements in clients automated/algo trading functions
- Deliver actionable recommendations to enhance trading performance aligned with business objectives
