AI Agent System Architect

We are looking for a freelancer to create a technical concept for a system architecture of a multi-agent AI system in context of expert sourcing.

Project Description:
Our vision is to enable autonomous, intelligent expert sourcing workflows, governed by a central Supervisor Agent that delegates tasks to specialized sub-agents. These agents operate across various dimensions of the expert sourcing pipeline to deliver high-quality outcomes faster and with great personalization.

Therefore we are looking for a freelancer who can draft a technical concept for an AI-powered, hierarchical multi-agent system that revolutionizes how expert sourcing is conducted by automating core processes — from project creation and candidate screening to communication and contract finalization.

Built on a modular and extensible agent architecture, the system should be designed for high scalability, seamless integration with external platforms, and adaptability to complex workflows in dynamic expert sourcing environments.

The requirements are not yet fully defined, but the following parts must already be covered:
- Integration of a message bus system
- Provision of REST/MCP and GraphQL APIs
- Database integration using PostgreSQL, including pgvector
- Supervising agent
- Robust state management across agents and workflows
- Response validating
- Comprehensive response and error handling strategy
- Non-Blocking request handling
