Project Summary
Our client wants to implement Microsoft 365 Business Central to support and scale their retail operations, with a focus on unified inventory, order management, accounting, and logistics. We are looking for a Business Central Implementation Consultant who can lead the business-side rollout and ensure the system is implemented effectively across all relevant teams.

This role requires both process understanding and platform expertise. The role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and developers to ensure successful setup, adoption, and go-live.

Responsibilities
Lead the functional setup and configuration of Business Central.
Analyze business processes and map them to Business Central functionality.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions with key users.
Support data preparation and migration activities.
Provide guidance on best practices and workflow optimization.
Act as the primary point of contact for functional questions throughout implementation.
Ensure smooth transition through go-live and early operations (hypercare).

Profile
Solid experience as a Microsoft 365 Business Central Consultant in retail or distribution-focused environments.
Strong understanding of end-to-end retail processes and how they map to Business Central.
Proven ability to lead ERP rollout from business side, including configuration and user training.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Familiarity with system testing and post-go-live support practices.
