We are currently looking for a Customs Expert (f/m/x).


Customs Process Consultant - IT/Business Interface

We are looking for a Customs Process Consultant to act as the key interface between IT and business in the area of customs processes. The role focuses on driving process implementation and optimization within the MIC customs system, which is integrated with SAP S/4HANA.


Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams for customs-related topics
* Drive and document customs process improvements, with a focus on solicitations
* Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment
* Take ownership of process implementation and act as a driver for change
* Understand and support the integration between MIC and SAP systems


Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with customs systems (ideally MIC) and understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements


Project information:

* Start: As soon as possible
* Duration: End of September with option of extension
* Remote: 100%
* Languages: English
* Workload: Full-time - at least 4 days per week
* Contract: Project / Freelance
* Rate: Please indicate your desired hourly rate in Euro based on the information above
