SAP S/4HANA SD Consultant for Aftersales (Claims & Returns) (m/f/d)

Your Skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Aftersales SD, especially in Claims & Returns
- In-depth understanding of Advanced Returns Management (ARM) and end-to-end supplier and customer returns
- Familiarity with the automotive industry, ideally in line supply, logistics, or aftersales
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and agile methodologies
- Initial exposure to the SAP Complaint Handling cloud solution is a plus
- Several years of experience in business consulting
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- German language skills are an advantage

Your Tasks
- Analyze and understand current process requirements through targeted business workshops
- Guide the customer toward a standardized, close-to-standard S/4HANA process design
- Explain S/4HANA standard functionalities and best practices to both business and IT stakeholders
- Design a comprehensive end-to-end reverse logistics process (Claims & Returns) and align it with other streams and the customer
- Create customer-specific solution documentation and detailed functional specifications
- Configure the SAP S/4HANA system according to the final solution design, including required customizing
- Test existing and newly implemented solutions based on S/4HANA best practices and ensure quality assurance
- Conduct training sessions and enable knowledge transfer to ensure customer self-sufficiency
