Tasks:
• Take responsibility for the complete lifecycle of VPP Scala backend services, from design and development to deployment and operation in an Azure environment
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in real time to ensure optimal system functionality
• Provide valuable insights on risk, scope, and prioritization, during the conception and planning phases for new features. Proactive in finding solutions
• Recommend architecture and process improvements to enhance team performance, system robustness, and product success
• VPP

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in developing service-oriented architectures using Scala
• Strong understanding of reactive systems to design applications that are available, responsive, resilient, and elastic
• Hands-on experience with microservices on distributed systems, with deployment expertise in Kubernetes and Azure
• Knowledge of frameworks such as Akka HTTP, Akka Streams, or Akka Actor, and experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka)
• Understand the difference between power and energy, experience of energy and TSO trading markets or interest to learn
