An experienced IT-Delivery Manager (m/f/x) with experience in Salesforce, ServiceNow & IQGEO

Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension
Location: 100% remote
Language: English

YOUR CHALLENGE

* Control and monitoring of software delivery across all teams and workstreams (ServiceNow, Salesforce, IQGEO)
* Central point of contact between external stakeholders, internal stakeholders, and product and application managers
* Building and maintaining strong relationships, active expectation management, and promoting communication
* Tracking and reporting delivery metrics (e.g. story points, sprint velocity, burndown charts, milestone achievement)
* Developing and implementing reporting mechanisms to ensure partner performance and governance
* Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and SLAs with the external Provider
* Coordinating cross-team collaboration and managing dependencies within the transformation programme
* Proactive identification of risks and problems, including the development of countermeasures
* Promotion of continuous improvement to increase efficiency, quality and satisfaction
* Ensuring high-quality, on-time and on-budget delivery according to agile or hybrid models

YOUR TALENTS

* 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery or program management roles.
* Strong understanding of Agile software development practices (Scrum, SAFe) and tooling (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
* Demonstrated experience working with or managing outsourced or offshore development teams, system integrators.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
* Strong leadership qualities with experience in guiding and motivating teams.
* Ability to manage across multiple teams, tools, and platforms, ensuring alignment and performance.
* Experience in managing delivery reporting, KPIs, and contract adherence.
* Experience in telecommunication is highly desirable.
* Experience with either Salesforce or ServiceNow
