Your tasks:

+ manage Salesforce Experience Cloud, Mulesoft and Shield backlog, including defining and prioritizing requirements

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that Salesforce Experience Cloud and Shield meets the organization's business needs

+ Communicate and prioritize product requirements to the development team, ensuring that they are aligned with business objectives

+ Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud and Shield features and functionality, and identify opportunities for improvement

+ Work with stakeholders to define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases

+ Collaborate with the development team to ensure that user stories are implemented effectively

+ Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews

Requirements:

Must:

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT - Project coordinator or similar experience preferably in a Telecommunication environment

+ Good Experience in Cloud, Mulesoft

+Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Salesforce Experience Cloud and Shield best practices and standards

+ Experience in defining and prioritizing requirements, and managing a product backlog

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills

+ Ability to work independently and within a team

+ English and German
