IT-Projektkoordinator Experience Cloud, Mulesoft & Shield (m/f/d)

• Manage Salesforce Experience Cloud, Mulesoft and Shield backlog, including defining and prioritizing requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that Salesforce Experience Cloud and Shield meet the organization's business needs
• Communicate and prioritize product requirements to the development team, ensuring that they are aligned with business objectives
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud and Shield features and functionality, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Work with stakeholders to define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that user stories are implemented effectively
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews

Your Qualifications:
• Experience as an IT-Project coordinator or similar experience preferably in a Telecommunication environment
• Good Experience in Cloud and Mulesoft
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Salesforce Experience Cloud as well as Shield best practices and standards
• Experience in defining and prioritizing requirements, and managing a product backlog
