Job description
• Managing relationships with regional and country HR teams
• Developing and maintaining technology roadmaps for HR systems
• Engineering processes and solutions to meet business needs
• Overseeing project and program management activities
• Ensuring service ownership of local IT solutions

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification
• Advanced expertise in SAP HCM and EC technology implementations
• Strong project management capabilities across multiple projects
• Solid knowledge of organizational and personnel administration software and Effective problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
• Fluent English skills, Fluent knowledge of at least one of the following languages German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Czech, or Romanian
