Your tasks:
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central by taking responsibility for planning, execution, and completion within scope, schedule, and budget
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines, adherence to SuccessFactors Standards and local TLS (tax, legal, statutory) requirements
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing
• Drive project milestones, coordinate resources, and oversee project deliverables
• Collaborate with the program management of HR.SALT, the HR project manager and the stakeholders from HR and IT
• Manage project teams consisting of internal/external resources and provide leadership and direction to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement changes as necessary to achieve project goals.
• Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback
Your Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
