Plan and monitor the implementation of ppc strategies for clients - Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client and always work towards those goals - Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed - Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet clients needs of growth - Analyse the effectiveness of ppc campaigns - Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase their ROI - Prepare and present reports on account progress - Keep abreast with new trends in ppc - Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
