Having worked in PreSales, for more than 15 years being specialized in ERP – Supply Chain Management, I have gained in-depth product, industry and commercial knowledge of ERP solutions by being involved in business process analysis, solution design and preparation, as well as solution selling activities. Currently, I am a Leadership and Performance Coach, and my mission is to help others to live their lives with more clarity, purpose and passion, reaching their true potential. After more than 18 years of experience I have decided to turn my passion for growing people into a career and embrace my call. During my career, I had the opportunity to meet exceptional people who trusted me and my potential, inspired me, guided me and motivated me, and to whom I'm grateful for my entire professional trajectory that brought me so much satisfaction. That's why, I feel that is my turn to give back from what I had the opportunity to learn, experiment and constantly improve. In all these years, I have invested great amount of energy and dedication in my personal development, as well as in the development of the people reporting into me and other people that I mentored and/or coached, starting from my values ​​and beliefs: trust and respect, flexibility, performance focus, responsibility and a lot of inspiration and love for what I'm doing.
