I am a passionate project manager with 5+ years of experience, having worked in both multicultural Enterprise and SMB environments. With a vast portfolio of successfully delivered projects in Software development, Infrastructure, Digital Marketing and Sales, I have developed a highly adaptable attitude towards project demands, being able to transform business requirements into deliverable products successfully on time and on budget, by using the appropriate project management methodologies and techniques. My career as a project manager started in a multinational technology company by delivering smaller projects for one of the company’s Digital Marketing groups, which slowly increased in requirements and complexity by time. After 5 years I took upon an opportunity to join a SMB activating in cybersecurity as Project manager. Being a smaller company than the previous one, the transition to Agile was smoother and allowed more opportunity for innovation. Besides managing projects I was also involved in initiatives to improve certain processes, such as: building the company product roadmap, incident management, Pentest analysis and vulnerability fixing.
