I have met ambitious goals in recruitment (the experience of a ramp-up in a Manufacturing Plant and the closure of blue and white collars positions in the Oil and Gas Industry, Manufacturers, Multinational companies, Transport company), in personnel admin (over 6000 employees), training (over 800 students in my online school), development, strategy, procedures, employee relationship and more. Until I become a passionate for HR, I worked in PR and project management, experiences that helped me to be project focused, but also people based.
