I am working in the customer service field for more than 7 years. I started as a customer service associate, after that I ocupped various positions of interim team manager for 2 years and after I started on a new position of Resolution Specialist. During my journey, I gained a lot of experience on customer service, management, analysis and leadership. I have attend customer inquiries on phone/chat/ email channels for more than 5 years. Working with CRM, Excel, internal Systems and application for more than 7 years. Participating in documentation changes, editing, quality process within the company for 2 years.
