If someone asked me what freight transport means to me, I would smile and say that it’s more than just a job. It’s a journey full of challenges, people, and lessons that have made me fall in love with this ever-moving world. I entered the industry more than 14 years ago, back when GPS was just a dream and drivers relied on maps and experience. Back then, trucks were not just simple vehicles – they were like homes on wheels for those who drove them. And in this entire landscape, I was there to guide them, organize their routes, and ensure that everything ran smoothly. Over the years, transportation has become increasingly technological, with digital tachographs, apps that control trailers, and strict regulations that have made us more precise than ever. But one thing has always remained the same: the people. The drivers, the teams behind the scenes, the dispatchers, the coordinators – all those who keep things moving. I’ve learned that beyond numbers and KPIs, communication is essential. Without it, even the most advanced system cannot function. I was there when a small contract turned into an impressive fleet of trucks. I saw how a well-bonded team could move mountains. And yes, I have always felt that every kilometer traveled by the trucks I coordinated was also a part of my professional journey. Today, I am here because I love to organize, to plan, to find solutions where others see only problems. And most of all, because I care about the people I work with. Freight transport is not just about trucks and routes. It’s about trust, teamwork, and knowing that, at the end of the day, you have contributed to something important.
