Experienced and determined Sr Project/ Program Manager with proven track record in delivering on time, on budget and at the requested level of quality multi million euros and complex IT, Telecom, HR Projects and Programs for Banking, Oil & Gas, Electricity & Utilities or Major Public Authorities. With 12 years' experience working for IT systems integrators either in client facing project/program management role or wearing partner hat I am a PMP, RMP and Agile PM practitioner, hands on and proactive professional with excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills committed in delivering results which are exceeding Customer satisfaction.
